Your first visit will last approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The evaluation will include your medical history, posture and movement assessment, special tests, and palpation of specific structures related to your complaint. A treatment program will be planned utilizing the information collected during the evaluation. Treatment may include joint and soft tissue mobilization, heat and/or ice, exercise, body mechanics and posture instruction. |
