Tracey Adler, D.P.T., O.C.S. received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University in 1979. In 1984, after doing research on abdominal and pelvic pain, she received a Master of Science, specializing in orthopedic physical therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. She was Board Certified as an Orthopedic Specialist in 1993, recertified in 2003, and has concentrated on patients with spinal, TMJ/TMD, pelvic pain, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Tracey recently completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia Campus at Virginia Commonwealth University in May 2007. Tracey received international post-graduate certification in Dry Needling by Myopain Seminars and Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series in June 2007. She has had advanced training in dry needling of trigger points and specializes in manual therapy techniques. Tracey is on the adjunct faculty at MCV/VCU.

Lydia Morris, P.T. received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia in 1979. She specializes in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunctions including bowel/bladder incontinence, post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence and levator ani syndrome. She has advanced training in intramuscular stimulation, manual therapy, exercise physiology and medical Pilates. Lydia received international post-graduate certification in Dry Needling by Myopain Seminars and Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series in June 2007. She performed clinical research and published the article “Effectiveness of High Voltage Pulsed Galvanic Stimulation on Levator Ani Syndrome” in The Journal of American Physical Therapy Association, October 1987.

Jennifer Mayhew Hays, M.P.T. received a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997, and a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2000. She specializes in the treatment of patients with TMJ/TMD. She has had advanced training in manual therapy techniques and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction of the spine and pelvic girdle. In addition, Jennifer has developed an osteoporosis prevention and management program.

Kristen Robertson Wright, MPT received a B.S. from The George Washington University in 1997 and a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2000. She specializes in treating patients with musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the neck and back, as well as muscle imbalances of the hip and shoulder. She has advanced training in osteopathic manual techniques, such as muscle energy technique, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and functional indirect technique.
