Tracey Adler
DPT, OCS, CMTPT

Tracey Adler, DPT, OCS, CMTPT received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University in 1979. In 1984, after doing research on abdominal and pelvic pain, she received a Master of Science, specializing in orthopedic physical therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. She was Board Certified as an Orthopedic Specialist in 1993, recertified in 2003, and has concentrated on patients with spinal, TMJ/TMD, pelvic pain, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Tracey completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia Campus at Virginia Commonwealth University in May 2007. Tracey has been utilizing trigger point dry needling since 2003 and received international post-graduate certification in Dry Needling by Myopain Seminars and Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series in June 2007. She has had advanced training in dry needling of trigger points and specializes in manual therapy techniques. Tracey is on the adjunct faculty at MCV/VCU, and on the faculty of Myopain Seminars.

Lydia Morris
PT, CMTPT |
Lydia Morris, PT, CMTPT received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia in 1979. She specializes in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction, TMJ/TMD, pelvic floor dysfunctions including bowel/bladder incontinence, pudendal neuralgia, post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence and levator ani syndrome. She has advanced training in intramuscular stimulation, manual therapy, exercise physiology and medical Pilates. Lydia received international post-graduate certification in Dry Needling by Myopain Seminars and Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series in June 2007. She performed clinical research and published the article “Effectiveness of High Voltage Pulsed Galvanic Stimulation on Levator Ani Syndrome” in The Journal of American Physical Therapy Association, October 1987.

Kristen Robertson Wright

Kristen Robertson Wright, PT, MPT, CMTPT, received a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from The George Washington University in 1997 and a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2000. She specializes in treating patients with musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the neck and back, as well as muscle imbalances of the hip and shoulder. She has advanced training in osteopathic manual techniques, such as muscle energy technique, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, functional indirect technique, and trigger point dry needling. She received international post-graduate certification in Dry Needling by Myopain Seminars and Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series in May 2012.

Brooks Steadman
PT, DPT, MTC

Charles Brooks Steadman, PT, DPT, MTC, received a B.A. degree in both Biology and Sociology from Bucknell University in 2006. While at Bucknell, he swam at the varsity level, competing in mid-distance and distance freestyle. Brooks received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2011. He received recognition of his advanced orthopedic skills and understanding by achieving a Manual Therapy Certification in November of 2012.

Toby is affectionately known as the Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Inc. mascot. After receiving his B.S. from Canine State University in 2007, Toby received advanced training in cheering people up, fetching, and audible security tactics. In his free time, Toby enjoys fine cuisine, ball sports, Jeopardy, and long walks through the park. |
